Go for the Whipple upgrade!!

 

Now that you've had a chance to get comfortable in the 500, is there anything that you miss about the GT/CS?

 

That Vemon hood from TruFiber would really set the car off. I say the hood and some new rubber and rims! hah

 

+1 All that power needs help sticking to the ground.

Forged wheels and stickier rubber.

Many a time on the freeway, I wish it was the AutoBahn. The once it starts to pull, at speed, it wants more. Even at 140, this car does not feel like it is much past 90. A guy told me once at a street show, "you, my friend, have yourself a Ticket Collector".

 

OK since I either missed the original post, or simply don't know where to look for it, could you please recap which parts (part numbers would be nice) you added along with advertised performance improvements and any web links to them and the prices you paid?

Yes I read the subject "Bamachips Tune & C&L Intake" but am unfamiliar with either. Actually I am not too familiar with any 2007-2008 Shelby GT500 upgrades, other than blower swaps, is there a section here specifically for GT500 upgrades?
