Cross Drilled Rotors offered for the GT500

Cross Drilled Rotors offered for the GT500
Finally - GT500 Stock replacement 1 Piece Sport Cross Drilled Rotors for the GT500 (fronts and rears).
No need to pay 3 times as much for 2 piece rotors because there was nothing available.
One of my customers has been trying for months to get us to do front and rear cross drilled rotors for the GT500. Have had them for the rear for a while. Well, we now have them available for the front also. Like our rear rotors, these are cross drilled. Once all the work is finished we also have them plated to reduce the chance of rust on the hub.
These rotors will be direct replacements for your stock rotors.
If interested, shoot me a PM.
Thanks

Hey there,
Finally have some pictures of the GT500 rotors. Keep in mind, these pictures are after the machining process and BEFORE they are plated (we remove the paint that the manufacturer puts on and zinc plate the entire rotor).
I had him take a close-up shot of the rotor surface (the 3rd picture). What’s important to notice about these rotors (okay, doing a little back patting for our brake guys here) is that first, the chamfer on the holes is not a regular chamfer. Its called a radiused chamfer (not a simple process from what I am told) that helps reduce the chance of rotor cracking. This is something that is done on our Big Brake Kits as well as every other rotor that we manufacture, and is VERY important (something most other vendors don’t take the time to do correctly). Second, if you look at the run out on the slot, its ramped out so the brake dust doesn’t fill up in the slot. Many rotor manufacturers use an end mill, run the slot and pull the end mill out of the material. What this does is leaves a deep pocket at the end of the slot for the brake pad material to pack up in.
Anyway, hope this helps some.
Thanks

Hey there,
If you havent ordered your GT500 rotors, you may want to order them soon. I am being told by my Management that there is a good possibility that the free shipping promotion could be going away at the end of this year (probably starting Jan 1). The free shipping saves a chunk of money (these things arent light).
If interested in a set, give me a call (866-278-8287 x134). Payment can be credit card, check or PayPal.
Thanks
