Can't find wheels for GT500?
All the sites I look at only have a few wheels for the GT500. I would really like to find a deep dish bullet wheel like the ones I put on my o5 GT. Where can I look for wheels specifically for the GT500 and know that they will fit? I want 18X10 all around and they seem few and far between.

The GT500 is almost parallel to the edge of the fender. A deep dish would certainly have the tire extending out of it and would not look good.

I know for sure that the rear axle width is the same for the GT500, GT, and V6, in fact the GT500 aqnd GT are the SAME axles!! The front is a different story, but I know one member on here, Rondosa, has the GT500 brakes on her GT, but has the stock 18's on too. I believe any deep dish would fit on the rear, up front you may have to go a little less deep.

The GT500's don't come with a spare as far as I know. They just have a fix a flat kit.
The Shelby Razors fit the GT500s and seem to be used quite a bit also CCW has wheels that fit and Evolution Performance even has a set that fit.

I ordered a set of Torque Thrust M's from American Racing. I had a set of 18" and than tried 20's but no luck with either. The Brembo calibers hit the spokes of the rim. American Racing does not recommend that you use a 1" spacer or more with the GT500 set up. I'm not saying that it can't be done but you would need to replace your wheel studs with a longer length if you use a one 1" or more spacer. Hope this helps

18x9 front and 18x10 rear. I went with their recommended offset but I needed to bring the front wheels a little more than 3/4 of an inch out. American Racing tech said that they do not recommend that much in a spacer for their wheels. I really like the look of the deep dish Torque Thrust wheel but I'll wait until someone makes the correct bullitt style wheel. When I do drive the Shelby, I drive it hard so for me I don't want any issues with the wheels and tires. Just my .02
