Seeing as the show is a week from tomorrow, I figured I would see who is going to be there.
Should be very cool, I heard a boatload of Shelbys, old & new are going to be there AND Carroll Shelby himself!
And the Tasca family, And John Force. And a Car show, live music, Autograph session, KR and Supersnake too!!!

You just have to bring 2 cans of non-perishable cans of food (for the local food bank charity) for admittance.
I will be there (coming from NH), and it sure would be cool to put some faces to the names. So, if anyone is planning on going, post it here-- and where you are from.

Crispy I am going to Tasca. There are about 30 people going that frequent the SAI forums. Not all own Shelby's. For instance myself and my 2 sons are going, another guy and his wife, etc. So there looks to be about 15 or so Shelby GT's from the NE and New York area going. I have been looking forward to this for a long time and cant wait. It had better not even think of raining! See you Saturday

I just saw where you had posted on the SAI site. I forgot you were a member over theer too so you already know there are people coming on there! Did you see about the BBQ at Roger's place after?

 

Why, yes did!!! I got to print that stuff out. I am a little up in the air as to whether I could come (there is alot going on for me that day), so I did not wish to commit without coming. My wife will be there too.
BTW, I got to know George from the SAI site and SU, and he is a great guy. When I went to NYAS I stopped by his house for a meet & greet. Very knowledgeable, too!
Glad to see you're coming! Please make it a point to find me!!! Did you know that there are even (2) GT500s coming up together from Florida for Tasca??? They're meeting up and driving together...and there are a number from MA, NH, CT, NY for sure..as well as older Shelbys (sorry, no GLHS's ), so this should be very big. Remember to get there early. Gates open at 10, but it would be wise to get there before. And don't forget the (2) cans of non-perishable food for the local food banks!
