any news on pricing?

I am still following the pricing on the GT500 closely it seams that time on lot is going up, and the premiums are slowly starting to abate. I am thinking at this rate it will be March or April tell they give up this silliness. Has anyone seen any larger shifts around the premiums most dealers are charging?

If you are serious about getting one your best bet is to find a dealer which has one, go by and make an offer, they'll decline it of course, then very likely call you back within in a few days.

Don't believe everything you see on ebay. There are lots of false bids involved, proven by all the renewal ads from dealers as well as private sales.

That's the tough part, at least around here. You're pretty much forced to put your name on a list...assuming they even will, and not make you feel like they're somehow doing you a favor.

Seems stealerships are having a more difficult time moving Shelbys on eBay, though. Check out a few of these, where there are few, if any, bidders >>

The Ford dealer in rural Houston, MO (SMALL town) just sold a red vert GT500 to a real estate guy in Cali for 15,000 over. I think at least 10 over will be the norm for the next 6 months or more.

Follow the ones with No Reserve and you will see they are going for about 10K over. Maybe a little more. I have seen some go for about 53 to 54K. The reason why a lot of theses are being relisted is because dealers are asking too much.
