It looks like they're using the same idea about the rocker panels being plastic/unpainted as well as the bottom of the rear bumper, like the GT500's/CS's

And the v6 05-09s

Looks like rear difuser-ish looking lower bumper too (like GT500 and GT/CS)

Can't figure out the rocker panel...Starts out from the front fine then is chiseled out once
it reaches the door and continues to the rear?

I wonder if that is there to try and make it easier to get in/out without hitting the rocker panel? I hit mine alot with my foot.

Could be the case...but how will it look.

Looks a little weird just looking at the rocker.

Noticed a more significant crease on the upper panel than the 2005-09

I wouldn't freak about the new Mustang design too much. Although there is much speculation, remember Ford said the new Mustang would look edgier and more aggressive (more pronounced). No big deal. It'll still look like a Mustang, just a more modern one that has moved forward like all models before it.

Well this is what I think it may look like. I did this free hand so..it may not be pretty but I think it follows the lines and ques pretty well....

I think the spoiler will be more like the current GT500's

If it had IRS, on a mule, it would not have center caps on the rear wheels, and the wheel end nuts would be visible.

I like the new color-keyed mirrors- and I think the body will end up looking good!

Don't follow you? Why wouldn't the center caps be on? Not sure what wheel end nuts are, why would wheel related parts be any different on IRS?

After seeing the taillights on the Edge, and Taurus, I don't. I would never buy a car becaue I only liked the taillights but I would NOT buy a car because I didn't like them. ford needs to stay with the clear red lenses on ALL their vehicles like the mustang has now.

Yep, I think you've pretty much outlined what we'll get. It'll just be a bit more aggressive looking which is natural evolution for the Mustang. I think you're also correct on the spoiler too. But I highly doubt you'll see an IRS on the Mustang. The live axle has proven effective (for the most part) and people won't want to pay the extra dollars for it anyway.

The "hockey stick" line on the door looks the same to me as the current car. I am wondering if there would be engineering dollars spent on re-shaping a door panel, as I would think it would incur extra expense vs. just changing the panels that are strictly stamped pieces that attach to the chassis. Thoughts?
