Yellow Blaze outside in the sunlight...

Granted, it's on a Fiesta, but it's the same color. It looks beautiful, IMO! I wish Ford would do a YB stripe on the 401A package. I think that would look really nice!

A $13,000 Fiesta has push button start and 2011 Mustangs don't? ****. Ford better throw all the missing technology into the 2014 redesign.

The ability to keep the key in your pocket and simply push a button to start the car is phenomenal. Once you have it you never want to go back. But anyway, I don't want to hijack the thread.

yes, yes and yes.

I had it on a previous car and it's amazing. Just walking up to the vehicle and it unlocks and you push the button and you're set is amazing. I can't count how many times I got in my wife's Mini Cooper and sat there for a few seconds and thought "****! The key!"

I wanted to put in an aftermarket RFID key and Push Start Ignition in the Mustang but I'm still researching.

It has to be a good shade of yellow though, such as your 997 and this new YB. No offense to anyone who owned it, but I personally hated Zinc Yellow. Ugh. It was like egg-yolk. I much preferred Chrome/Screaming Yellow. If I were in a buying position, YB would make it very hard for me. On one hand, I'd really like Sterling Gray/Kona Blue/Atlantis Green over Saddle interior for a very nice, luxurious grown-up looking Mustang; on the other hand I'd love a total attention-grabbing Yellow Blaze car with the 401A package (with my own added matching YB stripes). Hmm, maybe I'll just get two !!

Agreed, the shade of yellow is so important. I loved my Chrome Yellow 98 Must. Cobra. That was my first yellow car and always liked a proper yellow on sporty cars.

Um, yeah.... sometimes. I had a Caddy CTS loaner with a "keyless" start (just the fob in proximity) and when I returned the car I left the fob in my pocket. OOPS! I had to go back and return their magic starting device.

I'll stick with keys, thanks. Even though I know we'll all be pushing buttons someday. Some people like eci already do that.

On a side note, one really nice feature of the Cadillac was when you pulled the door handle and the car was locked, as long as the fob was in proximity, the door just opened. Now that is TRUE keyless entry.

Not all of us feel that way. I have it on my C6 and I DEFINITELY want to go back....can't wait for my '11 GT without it. In 4 years, I have had some very strange things happen because of that 'wonderful' feature.

I won't be ordering my GT until this fall so I'll be able to see what YB looks like before I order. From the pics from the auto show I actually think it looks good. Separate subject, but is being talked about here, so whatever. What exactly is the benefit and/or advantage of the push button start? I honestly can't figure that out for myself.
