Wreck
So I was driving on 95 north, headed to my civilian job this morning, cruising in the right lane before I exited at 7a. As I was passing exit 6 a guy in a grey Corolla tried to take the exit 6 off ramp after passing it, cutting back straight into my driver's front corner. Both my side curtain and wheel airbags went off, and I went straight into the grass on the infield, the other guy did a 360 through a highway sign. We were both completely unscathed, so the big man gets all the credit, but the cars look to be a complete loss. The Massachusetts State Trooper that responded reprimanded the other guy, who looked like he was about sixteen, then gave him a fat ticket. After the other guy walked away the Trooper turned to me and goes, "I'm sorry, that's a tough one, I've got a 2013 GT500, have a good one." My hope at this point is that when the other guy's insurance appraises mine it's considered totaled, so that I'm not driving around Frankenstang. I still love her, and I've got the grille sitting in my apartment. Time for Stang shopping to commence.

Did you ask the officer if you could have 5 minutes alone with Mr. Douchebag behind those trees?
That just sucks. Hopefully he does have insurance, and it's relatively painless to get your car replaced.

Glad you are OK and you weren't a victim of another idiot Masshole driver!
Doesn't look like a total if there's no serious damage underneath... Just my 2c.

I hope it totaled as well. My 2012 Kona (also with yellow fogs, yikes) got broadside by an F-150 supercrew and wasn't totaled. Glad you are ok. I don't envy your next few weeks as you deal with the insurance companies. I learned a lot about diminished value as well, hit me up private if you have questions, I'd be happy to help.

Wow, I'm really sorry to see that
Glad to see the Mustang looked after you and you walked away unscathed. I also hope, for your sake, the insurance is sorted quickly to your advantage.
How cool would it be to get an order in for a '14 now and pick it up in the Spring? (as it sounds like you were going to hibernate your 'Stang during the Winter, anyway).
Good luck, and keep us posted
Oh, and sounds like a cool Trooper to have a '13 GT500!
