Stunning......what a shine

We've finally got some decent weather here..........well, cold, but sunny at least, but we've had a really busy weekend, with more family stuff to do the next two days, so it looks like mine won't get the detail session I was looking forward to

Thanks sir. Yeah I have waited so long to get the detail in. Mixture of busy schedule and crappy weather. Hopefully good weather is here to stay.

I got the winter tires off Lucy last night and took her out today for a blast down my favorite roads just east of here. I love, love, love this engine in 3rd and 4th gear between 3,000 and 5,000 RPMs. So much fun and it was so good to be out in the sun blasting around some curves with the Borlas singin'. Spring is here.

Kyle, glad you have Lucy back. All fixed up eh? Also, I agree about 3k to 5k being the sweet spot. Do you have the axlebacks only or the full catback? Once you hear the full in concerto, there's no going back

Agree with you about the spring. I got to put the top down on her over the weekend. Needless to say, since that first time I did it, it really hasn't been driven with it up since! and I can hear the borlas better that way too. Add me to the list of music lovers

It feels like winter just won't end here in NY.. I envy you guys in warmer climates. We just don't get many months of really perfect driving weather. I took a trip to Miami recently and rented a convertible to drive around, man was it nice. Wish I had my Stang with me though!

Axlebacks only at this point...and I only managed to get those because insurance paid for half the cost thanks to the factory exhaust being damaged in the accident. Thanks to her car being totaled too, we've got two car payments for the next 24 months while we also try and get our house downpayment taken care of. So....my modding budget is zero and I'll just have to be happy taking great care of her as is!

But yes, I can only imagine how good the full sound!

Just had to reply to this one. Marilyn looks stunning, as usual! I also braved the dust of salt that may be left on the roads, i figured I am not preserving this car for the Smithsonian, after all. So I pulled Khaleesi out of the garage, lifted her onto jackstands and installed that MGW, dropped her down, gave her a careful wash, and went for a quick test drive. But that wasnt the beauty. Two days later I got the chance to have a whole evening with her, meeting the rest of the impatient auto enthusiasts on Woodward, braving the testy Royal Oak PD. The streets were alive, with sound of 5.0 music! **** I love this car with side pipes open!

Side note: i don't blame anyone for getting their hands on a '13 or '14, but in my truly, honest reflection, the '10-'12 looks so much better. I dont even envy the tail lights anymore. I actually like the cut the '12 takes, down into the bumper, giving it some style. The, I put the MMD tail light bezel on and I am quite happy with it. that shiny blackout panel on '13 blends into their lights and makes the whole rear end look like a shiny black band-aid. I love my cowl hood, and pointy front end, i feel like the '13 looks like someone punched a '12 in the mouth and gave it a fat lip. Sorry to hate on the '13, because I still like it, but it just feels good to love what I have instead of wanting the newer, "upgraded" model.

Oh you guys mean how the 13-14 grill is the same as the 10-12 Shelby grill? Bet you liked it before!

Lol. I meant no offense, just happy with what I got. I am going to criticize Ford here in the next few pics, please dont take this as a personal attack. What I do like: body colored lower panels, LED tails (when on), stuff under the hood, optional Recaros, the vents in the hood are good, but no replacement for the cowl.
