Ahh, neon. Way back in 1992, I had a TA that I ran a neon license plate and undercarriage lights. I thought it looked cool back then.
Fast forward to my old age now and I would not do it. One it would be weird for a geezer like me to run around with neon lights glowing. And two, the biggest lesson I learned was that the POLICE or PO-PO as some of my texas friends would say, noticed me alot more when I was running the neon lights. Had one policeman tell me it was illegal to have the lights under the car due to oncoming traffic could think I was a 18 wheeler. Freakin' ridiculous.
Now, running without catalytic convertors I try not to draw too much attention
