I have only seen a few pics of the 2010+ body w/o a spoiler and I was not crazy about it. I think it needs the spoiler. If I had it to do all over again though my 07 would be without a spoiler.

Good question. You can kind of get a feel for it by using the Build-Your-Own tool for the Mustang on the Ford website. When you check or uncheck the spoiler delete option, the change is reflected in the image of the car. However, some real photos from a few different angles would be preferable. I'm divided on this option too, currently leaning towards delete, but I just don't know yet.

Only have these two that show anything

I can try and get some more pics if nobody else has any.
And I didn't really have a choice with the spoiler delete since it comes that way with the track pack.
But I'm thinking of a GT500 spoiler at some point.

Edit: You can't tell but the truck actually has some what of a lip built into it. From a distance almost looks like it has a spoiler

I plan on doing the delete. Two reasons:

1 - Although it's a lip spoiler, it's one minor detail that people will notice about my car that's different than most. I like the uniqueness of going without a spoiler, especially since performance abilities is next to nothing.

2 - If you choose or plan on installing an aftermarket spoiler, this gives you a better starting point, since you won't have to fill any holes.

I've seen 2010s with the Track Pack that were lowered and they look great without that spoiler. The car flows better without it.

Yes, but for many aftermarket spoilers, you may have to CREATE some holes, if your car is a spoiler-delete. That is kinda scary!

I ordered my '07 GT w/o the rear spoiler. Cleaner lines, IMO. Here's a pair of '10 TrackPacks on our lot today (w/o rear spoiler, of course)....

I wish Ford could find a way to achieve good suspension dynamics without having 4x4 ride height...dammit, where did GRoot get to!?

It's not as bad as you think. Many of the spoilers come with very simple mounting templates, so making holes isn't as scary as you think. Besides, if you're that worried, have a body shop do it. It'll cost less than them doing it and having to fill the trunk.

If I get an '11 I will go spoiler delete. The regular looks out of place but the rear camera one looks awesome. I just think that it looks much cleaner without the spoiler. The trunk actually has a little bit of a lip to it.

I actually like the spoiler to it. The car looks like it is supposed to have somewhat of a spoiler on it. Without it it looks like a dog with it's tail cut off. It looks weird (to me) without the spoiler.

I was leaning towards the spoiler delete as well, i too think it looks more fluid without it. As far as the 4x4 look is concerned, one of the first mod i'll be doing is get some FRPP lowering springs, but i'll be keeping the 19inch wheels since i think they look pretty cool. Just may get some wider rear tires in the future. If we could only get a trunk wart delete option....i hate thinking to have to bring it to the body shop to fix it. On the other hand, if i get a black car, you won't see as much...

I've ordered a 2011 with spoiler delete. As others have mentioned the shape of the trunk lid is kind of suggestive of a spoiler anyway. It's hard to discern in pictures but if you look at a spoilerless one in person you'll see what I'm talking about. If someone is going for for more of a race car look -- especially with stripes -- I'd say get the GT500 or Roush spoiler. For myself, I'm going for a more subtle look and I'd rather not have any spoiler. I figure the Bullitt Mustang didn't need one and neither do I.

I had ordered a 2010 GT with the spoiler delete option. If I order the 2011, it will be without the spoiler. I'm unabashedly biased towards the spoilerless look of the Bullitt...

Here's the 2010 I ordered, but didn't take delivery of....

The spoiler delete looks so much better IMHO. I removed the spoiler and plugged the holes in my 07 because it looked like a toyota corolla spoiler to me. At least the 2010+ spoilers look a little better, car still looks way cooler with out...

I definitely prefer spoiler delete, but one big problem I have with the way Ford offers its different packages, is that all "premium" Mustangs get that stupid trunk wart of a satellite radio antenna, and unless you've got a black Mustang, the trunk wart is even more pronounced and noticeable without a spoiler. Still not sure if I'd go with a Premium to get a few extra goodies that aren't available on the base GT and have the trunk wart shaved, or go with a base GT and add some of the other stuff I want later.

I thought the trunk wart was the GT emblem.
