If people keep saying they're gonna wait another two years, then another two years these cars won't ever sell lol.

I think the 2013-14 will quickly be seen as the dated "enhanced" (i.e. cluttered) version of the 2011-12.

i like the tail lights and also the chrome outline grill on the v6... i could of gone without the lower part of the bumper on the GT but i still like it... im thinking about waiting but there might not be good incentives (1500 cash back and 750 coupon) for the '13. if anyone thinks those will be around for the '13 then ill definitely wait.

Weighing the good and the bad I think for me, there is more good than bad as a total package. I won't be ordering but I'm very hopeful for a performance white or school bus yellow Boss. If I can't get that then a white/grey/black/green(?) GT with track pack will work just fine. The only 2012 I have eyes for is the Boss and I fear they will be very hard to come by when I'm ready. Plus I really do like the 2013 quite a bit.

i think this is the time to buy if you still want a retro look... the '15 is gonna be modern im pretty sure... and most people seem to like the redesign but for those who dont i think it will grow on them. kinda the same way i hated the taillights on the '10 when i first saw them but after a while i didnt mind them... of course the '13 tails are way cooler.

For all those who are waiting to order, as soon as I have access to the order guide, I will post it in a new thread!!! Then everyone can download it and print it out to spec out their car!!
And if anyone is local to me (or doesn't mind a drive) I'll be happy to order a car for you. I ordered 15 2011 5.0s and I gave everyone a great deal on them. Plus, they enjoyed ordering a car from a "Mustang guy" instead of from someone from their local dealer who didn't know much about the car. I enjoyed seeing people from other states. One fellow, Geoff flew in from Florida. I picked him up at the airport and he drove it home!! That was cool!!!
So I'm here to help with any questions, like I did before. Now that I'm feeling much better. I just hope Ford offered ROVP on these like they did on the 2011s. One can hope!!! Thanks for reading my post everyone.

There is just not enough ordering info on the 2013 GT. just got off the phone with ford and the only slightly helpful info i recieved was that the 2013 V6's will be available in march and the GT's in may. My main question was when will we be able read in detail the new options available for the 2013, including pricing info. I also asked when they will be updating the ford partners site which lets u build a car of ur choice with x-plan pricing. I dont understand how the order banks can open monday if theres absolutely no info available.

i was going to make a move as soon as ordering became available, however I wanted to get the car in black but with all of the black highlights, (front bumper slats and rear panel) it might blend some of the new design elements in too much. I think i am going to hold off until more images are available with more colors before i make a final decision. There are alot of good offers right now on other brands that are quite tempting so i hope ford gets the info out there soon.

I don't know if you have a dealer near you you deal with, but Albany isn't a far drive from PA for an order of your car. I'd love to order it to your exact specs using X-Plan if your interested.

I am really interested to see all the combinations of what packages will be offered. The white GTCS on the Ford site looks great but seems to have a lot of options.
The Ford site has a black V6 pictured for promo if you want to check it out.

Also, Will be 2013 still have the stupid prop Rod? I ask because a lot of the aftermarket fixes are not applicable to the Shelby Hood or at least they say they aren't, maybe due to the extra weight. Doesn't look like 13s will have a fix.

This is the gist of it. Could not drive a manual and wasn't sure when/if he'd be able to comfortably again so he bit the bullet (not Bullit) and got the '12.
