I will definitely be trading my 2011 GT for a 2013 GT. I've long wanted the Brembo's on an Automatic, and an Automatic with some sort of manual shift option. In addition to that, the Recaro seats are nice to have as an option, as well as the new LCD screen info with updated radio options too. All the stuff I didn't like about my 2011 has been fixed.

I'm getting a '13 because my long awaited '12 arrived in the wrong color. My order will go in as soon as they begin accepting.
The LCD trip computer/monitor deal is really cool--I have it on my 2011 F-150. Nice visual display and easy to navigate.
Hoping for hydraulic hood support. Also hoping cloth top is available on the V-6.
I'll be ordering V-6 convertible in Race Red, Pony Pkg., and all available options.
Waited 3 1/2 months for my '12 to come and they got the color wrong--dealer kept it. Now I'm looking at at least another 3 1/2 months if lucky. I think the upgrades and styling will make my wait worthwhile.

B-Man, that hurts!!
I hope you have better luck this time.
The bright side is that assuming you weren't paying in full, you have a bit more time to save up a bigger down payment.

Front end reminds me wayyyyy too much of this abomination. Not impressed with the looks of the refresh at all. Head and tail lights are too ricey for my tastes and all the new electronic toys are one more thing to break and distract drivers.

Yeah, definitely dig the new design. I still love the less busy lines of my 05...but I do like the styling cues on the 13.
And regardless of what anyone says, I like the jutting front end; not too over the top but a teeny bit in your face. And a nice hint of retro...

Downside is probably price increase and no rebates available for 2013 for awhile. I'll just keep saving and suck it up. I'm an old guy who never had a mid-life crisis leading to buying a race car. For me, this is it. Just waiting to get exactly what I want and paying the man. Will be a cash deal and will keep the car for a loooong time. It will be a low mileage garage queen driven on weekends and holidays.

There are some very nice upgrades to the 2013s... I still get the feeling that 20 years out, barring WWIII or an asteroid impact, the 05-09 styles and the 10-12 styles will be remembered better. The new styling elements are too cluttered and just trying a bit too hard, IMO.

The dealers do not have to accept X-Plan. Also, the GT500 allocation will not be a lot for each dealer, so even if Ford offers X-Plan pricing, it will be very tough to find.

Ford is making my life too complicated. I was all set to go with a 2013 Boss 302 in Grabber Blue with black stripes since that would match my '70 Mach 1. Now they are offering the GT500 in the same color combo AND an additional 200hp over the Boss. The GT500 obviously has more available creature comforts and since I have no real plans to race whatever I buy that could make the difference. There really isn't that much difference in appearance between the two now and I also like the sounds coming from a supercharger. Until I see the base Boss stripe package I would say the GT500 has the nod...for now. What the heck, the difference in price is only a few weeks pay.

The tail lights...are awesome though. They look like candy..I seriously want to put them in my mouth.
