Wheel Size
What do you guys prefer? And why?
EDIT: I tried to make the votes anonymous after I created the thread, but it seems I can't. It shouldn't be a big deal, though.

This article makes for a good read on wheel sizing and the performance within each size.

Overall performance is going to be about the same, and replacement 18" tires will be cheaper than 19" tires. But mostly, I chose the wheels I chose based on looks. And I find that some wheels are the perfect match for some colors, while other wheels look best for other colors. For the Kona Blue I liked the look of the 18" polished aluminum ones best.

Keep it tallying. Thanks for participation. I know it's a lot easier to just click your preference and leave, but it would be appreciated if you explained why you chose the size you did. 20's for aesthetic appeal? 18's for performance? 19's for compromise? etc.

I haven't voted because I cannot make one choice.
For appearance and for the street, I would choose 20's. I've never liked wheels with really tall tires, and a 27" tire on an 18" rim(or smaller) is just ugly in my opinion. Not to mention the wheel arches are so large that the car just looks too big for 18's or smaller.
For the dragstrip, I would want the smallest possible wheel that fit over the brakes. One reason I'm considering *not* getting the brembos.
For autocrossing, a set of wide 18's is probably the best compromise between wheel weight, width, and tire selection.
