Wheel Debate....PICS

Posted this in another forum, thought Id post it here too for more opinions!

I have been pretty "meh" with my wheel choice....just no longer a fan of the "even spaced 10-spoke" design

SO, Im looking at a few other choices.
Before anything happens I will have to sell my current wheels to fund the new setup.
My car as it sits now:

Wants:
1. Id like to use a Michelin Pilot Super Sport 255-40-19 front and 295-30-20 rear. (Thats right staggered 19"/20" setup)
2. NOT even spaced spokes....
3. NOT black, maybe a gunmetal or similar finish...gotta be gloss though.
4. Must stay between $1250-$2000 for the wheels.
5. Decent amount of rear concave

Option #1:
Avant Garde new M580's "bespoke" in a Gloss gunmetal (My fav choice at the moment) - $1600 ish

Option #2:
or M580s in the Special Brushed Black Nickel (PRICEY though @ $2k ish)

What your thoughts on the matter!?
Heres a rough photoshop of what the gunmetal M580s would look like on my car...

Im really not a fan of chrome and and debating on if those would look to chrome for my taste or not. Problem is that finish is so rare that I have never seen pics of it on a car! #1 is def the safer choice...but your right #2 is HAWT!

I'm not a chrome wheel guy either, but I DO like my new black chrome wheels. I don't think #2 looks chrome. It's nice and bright without being chrome, IMO.

Nocturnal - your car is so sweet looking! I've been silently admiring it for a few months now!

I think #2 looks awesome in the pic! Would probably look amazing on your ride as well...really make it pop

They both look pretty wicked! ultimately, they both look like they would suit your car. other than price and color try and see what else may vary between the two?

I also really like the look of #2.

check to see if there is a weight difference between the two. that could be why it may cost a bit more.

I like the 580's overall but not a fan of wheels appearing to be the same color as the car, which is how the photoshop depicts. Like Patrick said though, the 580 in brushed nickel looks bright but not chrome-ish. #2

Guess that settles that right? Haha

To be honest, I think getting your CF10s in the same gunmetal that matches your SGM paint, made you not like them anymore. Wheels should offer some contrast to your paint, not match completely. I think the CF10s in the matte black would've looked killer with your CS stripes and red calipers...

I like the AG's and the M580's are the top 3 in my list, along with the M590. Have you seen them in Brushed Stainless? That is one of my favorite colors, and should be in the 1600 range. Here is a link to all of their colors I think, they have a lot of colors! The Brushed Grigio might look killer on your car too.

I am going to need to get a set of wheels next spring-ish so looking at AG's pretty hard.

For that kind of money I would consider Forgeline wheels.

Forgelines are very nice, but I think a set would cost him more than 4k.

Forgeline makes one of the best wheels out on the market besides HRE, Both are VERY expensive, but so VERY worth it. I thought I was going to buy some Forgelines, but I am going another route.
Even though I would have a hook-up on the Forgelines.
