What offset will clear the brembos?

I'm sure this will be usefull info for anyone who wants to change wheels w/ a brembo equipped GT. Are they the same brembos from the GT500? Will that same offset work? Also is the fitment a function of both offset and spoke design?

I don't think it is only a matter of offset, I think it also has to do with the shape of the back side of the wheel spokes.

The SVE 10th anniversary style replicas from LRS are supposed to clear and they are 36mm offset on the 18x9 wheel.

Does anyone know if the 18x8.5 Bullitt wheels with 50mm offset that came stock on Bullitts, Shelby GT's, and other GT's will fit the Brembo package 2011 GT's? What about with a 1/4" spacer?

Hey Jason. I'm back into looking at 2011s. In between the last time I was on here, the 2010 I was looking at sold, I got a DUI and I may be losing my job. . FML. But, if I do keep my job, I may still try to get into a new V6, as I'm not going to be able to swing the insurance on a GT/any V8 car for probably 3 years now. Anyways, if I do get a V6, I will get the Perf Pkg, so if I do, we can trade wheels. If you're interested.

But yeah, there goes my spotless driving record and I'm pretty much effed. Totally my fault, fricken St. Patrick's Day. I hate drunk drivers, and will never EVER get behind the wheel with a drop of alcohol in me again. Fricken sucks to learn the hard way, but at least all of you guys can learn from my mistake. I just wish I could have at least been 25 when I had to learn this costly mistake. My insurance on my stupid 2000 V6 is probably going to triple (if they even keep me).

Dang that SUCKS Patrick! I was wondering why I hadn't seen you post in a while, glad you're okay though bro.

There's another member here who wants to buy the brembo's off me, but if for whatever reason that doesn't workout we can make a deal. My first choice is finding a deal on some GT500 wheels. Tied for second is the V6 Perf. Pkg. wheels or the AM GT500 knockoffs....
