I'll check when I get to work today, but I believe it's a Prepaid Maintenance Plan on gas powered vehicles. Basically it would cover oil changes, 15K & 30K service, and wear items. Although it's probably a watered down version of Ford's QCMPP (Quality Care Maintenance Protection Plan).

Turns out that it is a direct mail offer that requires a certificate # from the Ford mailer to be eligible. And, it is what I thought earlier; 3 years or 30K miles of maintenance for free. Oil changes & maintenance items at 7,500 mile intervals - not to exceed four (4) visits.
