Oh wow, I didn't know that. Hope to see you there too...if I can get out of bed also! haha

wow! That is amazing.
There is a race red roush for sale at a dealer here but they want 85k for it. it's a 2013 but still way too much.

Glad you're enjoying your rs3 though

That's awesome Bryan.
So,....it is the Roush Phase 3 or a VMP kit? I know the Roush Phase 3 is rated at 675 HP and 585 lbs. of TQ. I've been thinking about that for months now after watching the Youtube videos. A friend has the Roush Phase3 kit on his 2012 Roush RS3 and the car is insanely fast! Pulls hard and fast.
Enjoy bro. That is killer.

It's the VMP phase 3:
http://vmptuning.com/11-15-roush/rsc675hp11/

I got the CF hydrodipped CAI

I see in the description that it's supposed to produce 10 lbs of boost but my RS3 was producing that stock. My boost gauge jumps to a little over 15 when I punch it since the upgrade. My service guy recommended VMP over Roush and they are vendors for both, I guess you get a tuner with the VMP package (sct x4) while with the Roush one you send off the ECU for them to reprogram it. My service guy and tech said the 2 tunes are different claiming the Roush one is more mild?!?! They are very mod friendly and we're doing a twin turbo install on a 2015 when I dropped my car off. Both packages claim the same power but have different components, it would be cool to see a side by side comparison of them both installed...

Thanks, not sure where you are located but the dealership where I got mine had another 12 with 4000 mikes on it but they wouldn't come down on the price, I stopped in an test drove it not even knowing they had 2.

Yes,...the Roush tune is definitely a lot more conservative. If you don't have a certified Roush dealership do the install for the Phase 2/Phase 3 kit, you have no choice but send in the ECU to Roush. I asked and asked about this and even the folks at Roush said this. I was thinking to do the install with my buddy who is a certified mechanic for many, many years, but not really thrilled about sending off the ECU. You get it back in 3 days though.
One question though. You say you're making about 15lbs. of boost. Is that correct? The only reason I ask is the stock Roush Phase 1 makes about 8.5 lbs. of boost. With the VMP Phase 3 kit you added and with the 82mm pulley, should only be making about 11/12 lbs. of boost. Do you have any other mods?
Enjoy! I bet it's a beastly machine.

Yeah, the tech that did the install told me he saw it go to 15 and it looks to me like it hits right at or slightly over that on my gauge (its the Analog ROUSH gauge in the vent pod, so it does jump around a lot), I haven't quite mastered focusing on that gauge, the road, and shifting when the boost kicks in. I do know that mine "appeared" to be right at 10 with WOT before I had the package install. I don't believe my car has any other mods other than the 2 pulleys, CAI, tune and plugs that came with the package. Only other factory options were the 3.73 gears. Maybe I need a more accurate gauge (or glasses)?!? One other good thing about the VMP package is that they will retune for free with any upgrade you buy from them. Otherwise I think they charge $50 if you buy parts else ware. I'll probably add some Kooks LT headers in the future then be done. At this point, I pretty much have my dream car that scares the crap out of me......

No... I have to take the whole bumper off and I have been so busy trying to get my house in order. Just got a lawn mower so this weekend is yard work... I plan on getting to it real soon. Hopefully I can get the blowfish racing tow hook as well haha.

Not so much what I did my Mustang today, but I did drool and just fell in love over this 2013/2014 Shelby GT500 in Grabber Blue with matte black stripes this morning. The EXACT same color scheme I was going to order/buy while looking at Mustangs back in 2013.
What a beautiful car. I was mostly behind him as we were in a two lane stretch of road, one going south, the other north. He was taking a left at a light and I pulled up next to him. It was an older gentleman. I was waiting for him to look over at me, but he didn't. Probably a good thing,...I would have made him an offer, even though the car was not for sale. LOL He definitely lives around me somewhere. The dealership's license plate frame was on the car. I hope to see him and the car again some time.
Then,....on my way home, I saw a gorgeous 2015 Z28 in red. (Not Mustang related, but a really nice looking car. The only Camaro I like.)

These aren't Roush wheels, they're Niche Milans. I've only got about 20 miles on the tires so far so it's too early to really tell but so far I like them.
