I drive a 2012 GT convertible. It leaks under the back seats under heavy rain. Not all the time. Just when it rains heavy. Light rain and it drains normal through the quarter panel. Just trying to figure out what this small black plug under the back seat is? Is it a drain plug?

 

It's Either Access To Something Below or Water Drain. Being at Low Level it is I Lean Towards Water Drain.

Ford Does Not Catalog Body Plugs Very Well So No Description as To Use in Shop Manual or Parts Catalog. At Least as Far as I Could Find!
