I was in the same boat u are now so I understand your position.

Now that I have my car, I can tell u silver is the way to go. The metallic in the paint on these cars is amazing on sunny days!!! Silver w/red int. is as classic as either of the other two combos, it looks as good and better on sunny days and looks cleaner longer between washes. I wound up getting a used sterling gray and even that color shows more pollen and dirt than I had hoped for, I would hate to have seen what a black car would have looked like if I had gotten that. A guy at work as a V6 ingot silver and his car looks clean always! Even after rain, the silver doesn't show the water marks the way sterling does. This guy at work will clean his wheels and shine his tires and it looks like he detailed his whole car.

As far as looks, ease of care, and quality of paint, the metallic silver with red interior is the way to go!

Good luck with your decision!

Well i made my decision yesterday..About a year ago i started out with my color chose of White.I then changed it to Black and then I was thinking Sterling .Last week it looked like Black but after seeing a Black GT next to a White GT and and seeing all that pollen on top of the black car i knew i couldnt deal with it. I then made an add on option of a Glassroof on top of a White car..So here is the car on order: White/Brick Red..401A,auto,comfort,hid/security,19" nickels,Glassroof, spoiler delete..but will add a different spoiler.
who know nows how long it will take? all kinds of back orders

I went with silver and brick red on my 2011 GT and it looks great. But congrats on your choice.
