[Video]Ford Canada Customer service fails, they need Deysha :D

I brought the car home yesterday and this morning decided to call ford canada order status hotline to see how things appear on their end. result was fail.

The guy on the phone tries to understand when I last spoke to dealership/ford canada hotline, before asking what I was calling about today. This takes place after he takes the VIN.

im so glad Deysha was here to keep me updated otherwise I'd go crazy.

WOW, you seem to have spare time on your hands, shouldn't you be driving and enjoying the heck out of your 'Stang. Go out and drive the thing.

I assume you are asking about the Nav update? I am in the US right now and figured I'd save on the $29.95 shipping to Canada ($9.95 in US) and as both Ford and Navteq show them for sale I'd order one. Had to speak with order hotline here who confirmed 18th April onwards before they get shipped.

BUT I agree when I have had to speak or email Ford Canada they are a complete waste of time and energy trying to deal with them. Sadly when you speak to Ford USA they route you back to FordCanada clowns.

I could barely understand the Customer Service guy over the phone... what exactly were you asking about?

I have never seen one positive comment for Ford of Canada, not one...But, many positive comments for Ford USA customer service....Makes you wonder what is up with that.

Deysha rules, she should run for presidency instead of Romney... This is the first time I buy a new car and my dealer has not been very impressive so far, so I would hate Ford customer service if it wasn't for Deysha.

He's asking what the ETA is for the car that he is sitting in. They told him he'd have to wait three weeks or more according to their system. Then the rep tells him he "won't regret it." haha no idea

Awwwwwe! Come on, guys… We can only go by the system updates, which sometimes tend to update late. I do appreciate the kudos, since there is only ONE me!

Deysha

Really??? Why would you post this? Pretty much a **** move on your part . . .

Does FCS know where your car is at every moment, no. Be happy you got your car early and stop calling them, they have better things to do.

I really don't see why you are putting forth the effort to call and harass them when you already received your new ride. Unless something was specifically wrong with the car (which means you should talk to the dealer), just enjoy your new ride. You must be one of those people that is never satisfied with anything.
