Anyone here besides Joe and I that have orders through Paul at Van Bortel Ford. Just wondering if he is the only person ordering from them with a Vin # as of today? I know his order was changed to stock, so I am sure that's why he already has his, and us retail orders do not.

 

I ordered through Paul as well, but that was just 1 week ago, so i just got my DORA. Maybe Paul can chime in on this one since he is sometimes here on the forums. Mine is still a retail order as far as i know.

 

Did you try e mailing Paul. The guy will answer every question and very prompt. Customer service is outstanding. What was your priority #?

 

I'm a Van Bortel order too and I'm sure I'm the highest priority...(went in and ordered the week the order banks opened) and I don't have a VIN yet either. I really don't think anybody who has an order through that retail verification system has a VIN yet. Even the other salesman here that order cars for customers don't have VIN's for the these orders yet either (ford05GT??).

So I'm sure it's nothing related to Van Bortel but instead how Ford is scheduling right now. I bet we hear something next week.

 

Don't know if Paul is your salesman, but the guy is super nice and i'm sure can answer any question that may arise on your side.
