The people suggesting that the OP buy a '10 GT seem to miss out on the fact that the '11 V6's "31 mpg" is one of the reasons why he's considering it.
If money is absolutely not a problem, then buy the GT. As for sound, just throw some aftermarket exhaust on the V6 if you'd like. Most people will never actually hit the peak HP on their 5.0's, imo.
