UPDATE ON DAMAGED WHEELS
Those new pics helped a ton. Really needed that. Though now I can kind of see where ford is coming from with there assumption though I also think curb damage would be a little different but it is easily a possibility here.

Thanks for good photos!!
It's road rash...you rubbed against something, get over it. You can clearly see the rash in the lip of the rim and this photo even has marks on the tire.
Sorry you don't like the answer everyone is giving you, but there's a lot of experience here and just because you want something bad enough doesn't make it true.
Go trade it in on a Vette, lol.

with above.
I appreciate your comments but your
There are NO marks on tire, must be that IPhone you used to blow it up. I think you need to stop being so cheap and buy a camera then come back and talk to me, and we are talking about "CURB DAMAGE" which Ford say's it is. I know it's some kind of damage, but what makes circular scratches. TIRE MOUNTING, LIFTS, CAR CARRIERS, etc. NOT CURBS that's for sure.
It's not about the money I'm Retired, besides the GT Mustang I own 3 Corvettes a 34 Ford 3 window coupe and a GMC Terrain. It's the principle, Ford did the damage and Ford should pay for it period. Here is that same pic blown up clearer. The marks you thought you saw in the tire are actually thin lines in the tire design and if you look at the fork in the wheel closes to the tire you can see the half moon deep scratch that goes from the bottom fork to the top one.
Stop being cheap? I took the below photo of my heavily modded '13GT500 with my Canon 7d...why don't you step up your game if you're gonna run with the big boys?

I have the same rims and the black painted section would have had to take a hit from something on the road to pop off or they were this way when you picked up the car.
I would have not overlooked the missing paint on inspection and I don't think you would have neither.

That sucks. I would imagine that one of those wheel repair places could polish that out pretty quick. I think some even have mobile units that will come to you. I don't have any personal experience whith this. Good luck with getting it taken care of. Moral of the story, complete and thorough pre-delivery inspection.
