After ordering in February, hearing nothing until Mid-may, reordering the vehicle, having the original dealer yell and hang up on me....I got the call....my car was in today!!!

I hurried over after work and sat down at the desk of a different salesperson who was taking over since mine was on vacation. He said "Did you see your car right there???". I said...um no that one doesn't have the glass roof and still has the stripe on the side - it's not mine. (It also had the comfort package which I did not order and did NOT have the remote start).

He runs to his sales manager for about 10 minutes and comes back - sorry they told me a silver mustang arrived so I figured it was yours.

HE DIDNT EVEN CHECK THE VIN!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say I am pissed. He didn't seem all that concerned about his error so I will call the sales manager in the morning and demand the zone reps phone number. I'm tired of the dealer stupidity in this area. Meanwhile my car is sitting 20 miles down the road in the flat rock parking lot awaiting shipment by United Road.

one of the dealers secretaries husband ordered a car as well, they placed their order in april,

she stated hers is due there tomorrow, showed me a printout of the slip with the ETA on it. VIN was 18000 ish. built around mine.. and "supposedly" on the SAME rail car, even tho mine hasnt been updated.. since july1.

and "supposedly" there are 2 GT's in route for the dealer tomorrow..

there are a lot of supposedly in the previous statements.. cause .. im tired of stating "their" facts of ya you will have the car by memorial weekend no problem.. ya week of the 6th.. "its already been shipped" found out didnt ship til the 22nd of jun.. i give up.

 

It only pushed the ETA back by a day so i'm still hopeful. So close yet so far haha
