Tuning issue?
Hello all I have a 2011 t56 swapped roush Superccharged GT. The car has recently been idling rough and is very inconsistent with how power is delivered along with random stalling and idle surge. The car was last dyno tuned by the previous owner a couple years ago and made 633whp/550tq. I am receiving a few pending codes but they all go away and will reappear randomly. p0451, p0223, p2135, p2101. Any guidance is greatly appreciated thanks!

I Would Start With a Bottle Of Chevron Techron Fuel Additive and Then Give the Throttle Body a Good Manual Cleaning. Also Check for Clean Connections At Throttle Body & Throttle Pedal! I'm Sure Others Would Have Different Suggestions As Well But That's My First Thing I Would Check!

First -- welcome to the forum
Basic maintenance like cleaning the throttle body is always a good idea ... meanwhile, Googling the codes finds:
P0451 Ford Code Meaning, Causes, Symptoms, & Tech Notes (engine-codes.com) -- malfunction in EVAP system pressure sensor
P0223 – Throttle position (TP) sensor B/accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor / switch B -high input – TroubleCodes.net - Throttle position (TP) sensor B/accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor B -high input
P2135 OBD-II Trouble Code: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A / B Voltage Correlation (yourmechanic.com)
What Does Engine Code P2101 Mean? | GetJerry.com -- A P2101 engine code showing in your car means there’s a discrepancy between your car’s throttle position and the desired throttle position
All relate to throttle position sensor, except the EVAP pressure thing which is a common issue in these cars.
See the links above for more details (Google will find more too, these are just the first ones in the list). Check the wiring to the throttle position sensor, or maybe the sensor itself is bad/flaky
For the EVAP thing, use the search on this forum and I think you will find threads with the details .... if I remember correctly, there is an easy trick with WD-40 to cure this.

How many miles on the vehicle? it's also very possible that your spark plugs may be a contributing factor that require replacing.
