Touch up Paint for Nickel Luster Wheels?

Anyone know were to get touch up paint for the 19" nickel luster wheels? Found a chip.

I have no clue. At first I was gonna get the pens, then I decided against them since I figured the brush would be easier for my application. I think it depends on the scratch
