I took it by a dealership this morning (not the one I purchased from though so they wouldn't fix it) they said they think it's just from transportation and the dealership should have taken care of it during prep. I asked him if I claybarred it would it come out and he seemed to think so.

Claybar should remove any overspray

Interesting.. my car came on a truck though I'm going to claybar a small area tonight and if that doesn't work I'll tell the dealership I bought it from so they can deal with it.

Car is amazing looking....black and brembo's is the ****!!!! Everytime I get my mind made up I am going away from a black car and want silver or sterling gray...I then look at this and say black is for me!! I have owned 4 black cars in the last 8 years...and it is my favorite!!
The spots you speak of is likely rail dust from transportation. Claybar will take them off but then you have to reapply your polishes, waxes, sealants etc.

1000% agreed! I can understand not wanting to spend the extra on the pkg, but you can't say that the wheels are ugly. They look the best on black, sterling gray and white imo
