Actually those dots are just a little dirt that must have got on there before I shot that pic, I double checked that this morning. These white dots are so small you don't notice it unless you are right up on the car looking at it. I tried to rub one with my fingernail this morning and it wouldn't come off. I read on the internet that sometimes this can happen if water dries on the car (like hard water or something like that). I don't know what to do

Try a clay bar on a small area ASAP to see if it comes off. The longer you let it sit there, the less of a chance you have of it coming off (assuming that it's something that can come off).

Nice!!! Pictures. If they are just water spots, a good wax will remove them.

I took it by a dealership this morning (not the one I purchased from though so they wouldn't fix it) they said they think it's just from transportation and the dealership should have taken care of it during prep. I asked him if I claybarred it would it come out and he seemed to think so.

We had small dots on the GT500 that came in at our dealership. The autobody shop said it was rail dust from the train. We could not wax it off so they wet sanded it and it now looks like new.

Interesting.. my car came on a truck though I'm going to claybar a small area tonight and if that doesn't work I'll tell the dealership I bought it from so they can deal with it.

Yeah right. There's no way a dealership is going to clay bar every car they sell. Buy a clay bar kit and do it yourself.

Car is amazing looking....black and brembo's is the ****!!!! Everytime I get my mind made up I am going away from a black car and want silver or sterling gray...I then look at this and say black is for me!! I have owned 4 black cars in the last 8 years...and it is my favorite!!

The spots you speak of is likely rail dust from transportation. Claybar will take them off but then you have to reapply your polishes, waxes, sealants etc.

1000% agreed! I can understand not wanting to spend the extra on the pkg, but you can't say that the wheels are ugly. They look the best on black, sterling gray and white imo

Well I took a claybar to a small area tonight and it did infact take off the white spots. So I'm thinking wash it, claybar it, wax it? Any other suggestions?
