For those of you who are getting cars that are built after AAI went to one shift,

The plant is working hard to keep up with demand, but may have to reschedule the production week in order to be viable in the mid term.

 

What am I missing? Cause I don't see squat.

This thread is just going to start the conspiracy theorists and put everyone in a negative state of mind that the shift change will cause a drop in quality.

 

(shrugs) Still, it's better to be informed, rather than stick ones head in the sand.

 

I dont work at that plant, But I wish I could explain or express how things are going at Ford.. I work at a Ford plant and the Morale sucks, and we are not just talking about the workers, Company Salary are going nuts from all the crazy changes Ford is applying to plants..Its not looking good or positive thru the way we see it at the plants..
We had 1,700 people at our plant just 13yrs ago, Now today were lucky there 700..Presses and machines getting torn out or just sitting..
