So, the RTR wheels are $1200 for a set? That's great. Do I need centering rings or anything, or can I just bolt 'em on?

Also, can I order the RTR wheels in silver? Silver wheels would look better on a black car to me.

they are not black they are dark grey matte.
pictures can not explain the finish. doesnt look black at all in person.
No choice of finishes

they boly right on no modification needed whatso ever.

do you need a contact for thr RTR people?

Those look great. I wouldn't want to drive that car on anything but a freshly paved road, though. The smallest crack in pavement is going to feel like a pothole with tires that low in profile. Genuine potholes would give you whiplash.

The only finish that's available for the RTR wheels is gunmetal.

Are the 18 x 9.5's available as well? The V710's are made in that size with the 33mm offset.

I don't think they are right now Chris, but with how popular these wheels seem to be I could see them offering them in that size in the future.....

It would cost a fortune to have a new hole pattern for an existing wheel? Do they have to make a new casting/forging? Otherwise, it's a matter of modifying an existing program for the CNC machine.

I dunno about you guys but I'm very interested in the Grand-Am BBS wheels, 18x10, 20lbs ea.

Can get em from Rehagen Racing.

They're basically the same wheel as the RTR's or the VMR's V710 model which go in both cases for about $300/wheel. go figure.

Interesting thing is the offset.
The BBS wheels are 10" with a 7" backspacing. That's a 2" (50mm) offset. The V710's are also available in a 45mm offset, though RMR went with 33mm. I would expect that the 45mm rims would fit a bit better.

The question is whether the RMR wheels will clear the caliper with a larger offset.
