Think I have decided against a '15 and going with a '14.

I found a DIB 2014 GT Premium with the Comfort Package, 3.73 rear end and the 19 x 8.5" Luster Nickel rims for $31,962 and the sticker is $37,845

I was really wanting a '15 but I could never come close to that Premium package in a '15 and afford it.

Plus the savings on this '14 offsets me being upside down on my trade in.

I have the car for the night so I can think on it and as I am typing this I am getting more and more comfortable with the choice

Well time to start looking for some new shocks/struts and springs to get the stance right and new exhaust

Just bought one like this in this color and love it.

Are these the options you want?

I could go either way on the comfort package, the 3.73 is nice and I definitely wanted 19" rims

I say go for it! The money you save can be used on your mods. (Like an MGW!)

Sounds like the dealer puppy-dogged you, haha! Looks like it worked, enjoy your new Mustang (and order an MGW)

What benefit is an MGW shifter?

Really? It's the shifter this car should have come with. Do a search for MGW and you'll have plenty of reading.

Congrats! I also just bought a fully loaded 14 gt premium. Great buy! I will reevaluate the new mustangs in a couple years when they improve the trims and performance. Because 15 more hp, and the Honda accord body style ain't putting the jazz in my jeans

Believe me when I tell you this, the dealer can move more on the price. My 2014 GT was north of 39K MSRP and it was sold to me at 31K, a little over 8K drop. This deal is not uncommon, especially at most Maryland Ford Dealers. If the dealer does not move on price and your heart wants the car....Enjoy and congrats! Still not a bad deal!
