The neighborly love one was pretty funny

 

Well, its officially been a week and I do not see mine. I dont know if I should enter a 3rd time, or just assume that since a human has to post all these up, theyre just running behind due to the amount of entries. The site said that I had completed my submission, but you know how glitchy the site is

 

i submitted first time and it said i allready signed up

emailed them and then tried again 3 days later and it went thru,

i agree with alot of these stories are ****, i spent about 2 weeks and multiple inputs on my story, wanting to get it just right

Has anyone else successfully submitted and not seen theirs appear on the site?

• Voting - 10/18/08 through 10/28/08

Todays the last day to submit. Mine still does not come up in the search. I dont think I'll submit a 3rd time since I guess I would have to make a new email account. I just wanted to let everyone know who were waiting till the last minute (proof reading). On the 18th we'll know who the lucky 25 are.

 

I submitted on the 14th and still don't see mine yet. It was my first submition since I had a difficult time getting a pic of a Mustang in Iraq. I took the creative route. My story had been done for like three weeks or so but I couldn't take a pic until the afternoon the 14th, my time, like early morning for you guys. So what I did was trace the running pony onto some cardboard, enlarged it enough to fit a good ratio onto the front of an MRAP (huge armored Army vehicle), covered it in aluminum foil (for the chromed look) and took a pic of me in full gear in front of it. It was my "Mustang in Iraq." I will be severely upset if it didn't get uploaded in time for judging. I think it stands a very good chance of being picked top 25. I just hope the horrible website design didn't fail me too like it did so many of you guys. :fingers crossed:

Sweet! I just got back off a mission. I'm looking right NOW! I'm so excited. I'm glad to see it got accepted on the first try. That means I still have a chance at the final judging. Here's hoping. good luck to you all as well. I personally believe at LEAST one person on TMS will be in the final 25. I'll vote for ya for sure!

 

Where is yours? I searched for "iraq" and I cant find it. I also cant find mine still, and I searched for "1994." I looked under "bullitt" and youre not there either.

I really wish I could see that mine was on the site. I would rather I not be in the final 25 because my story stunk, than because of a glitch

 

What picture did you use? And btw, the search sucks. I've searched for mine a bunch of times, and it never comes up.

Ya, but I haven't seen it since. It takes forever to get through that long list.

 

Forever? I just go till it craps out on me... ...which means like 100 entries. And by "crapping out" I mean the arrows and square wont move or load anything. But Im pretty sure theres more than 100 entries

What the hell?!? Now I'm really pissed. Monday I'll post my story here (since its saved as a txt file at work)

"Dream comes true and then goes" - Guy doesnt even know what capitalization is, and doesnt even proof reads. Hes a "for nut?", and then last paragraph "I'm disabled and can no longer work to buy another mustang, but I still collect ford diecast models"

Its really heard for me NOT to sound like a poor loser, but when I see these it makes me wonder... ...oh well, at least this means you two will have even more luck winning with them in the finals
