Great read, and if the Challenger SRT had been closer to the cost of the Mustang GT I'd be driving one of those. I was also a Mopar kid, my uncle owning a 340 Duster in the crazy green.
Saw a 392 Challenger this past weekend in Maine, and we gave each other the thumbs up! Love those lines and sounds of those cars.

So I have to say that the Challenger guys I have chatted with have been really cool...the Camaro guys, not as much (though I still like their cars too
). This has been strangely consistent with the Dodge boys even being much more likely to return the thumbs-up like Cur experienced in his previous post.
These are good times to be a muscle car fan.
Hopefully, the economy can hold together long enough to get another generation of these amazing machines
