Taking off in first gear issues

Taking off in first gear issues
Good morning all! I have a 2013 Ford mustang gt I bought a few months ago and I have some issues taking off from a complete stop in first gear. It is a manual transmission btw. So when I go to take off and release the clutch and press on the gas the car will act like it's gonna go and drop rpm go where it's about to stall then go up normally. Ive been driving manual vehicles for almost 20 years and never (other when I first started driving a manual) have a car do this. And it does it constantly. It has a new clutch, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, stainsteel clutch line, fresh brake fluid flush. Also even after the new clutch installed it still releases at the very top. Is this normal for these cars?
The mods are
Bama 93race tune
Kn nighthawk cai
Borla cat back s type exhaust system
Bmr lca, panhard bar
eibach sway bars and links
Eibach strut and shocks
Rtr lowering springs
Barton short throw shifter and bushing

can you start out nice and easy at idle (no gas pedal) by slipping the clutch gently? (I'm asking because I wonder if throttle control/response is the issue)
I'm thinking the Bama tune might be the culprit. I think they program extreme exaggerated throttle response into the "Race" tune, in an effort to make you feel like the car is more powerful; and that might introduce some throttle control issues.
I assume that CAI requires a tune, so you cannot run the factory tune. If that is correct, then I'd try the Bana "street" tune (or any tune other than the Race tune) and see how that works. If you can run the factory tune with your mods, I'd try that.

I'd also suspect throttle control/response as being the issue as well.. If you didn't experience the response issues prior to uploading the Bama race tune? then you'll know for certain the Bama tune is indeed the culprit.. Therefore, I would follow Bert's advice by uploading the Bama street tune and find out if you notice any improvement in throttle response, if not? then re-flash back to the stock tune if your able with your CAI mods, otherwise, reinstall your factory airbox.. If however the Bama street tune does resolve your throttle response issues? then it appears you'll just need to become more accustomed to the aggressive throttle response of the Bama race tune

I'm more concerned with this one, to be honest...
No. It should be sooner than that. Way sooner. All the way at the top means it's worn out... or in this case bad clearances, as in too much wiggle room. Halfway up is about right, I'd say, on a newish clutch. Even near the firewall is better, although that's pretty soon if you ask me and might indicate things are too tight.
In any event, I'd definitely have this looked at first. The tune might be fine if the clutch acts like it should, but being at the top might mean the thing isn't grabbing right at all, as it's too loose.
Just my thoughts. If they help, great! If not, well, dang, sorry to have bothered.
And welcome to the forums!

Dang I really hope it's not the clutch cause I just paid 1500 for it and it to be put in. The only hear it releases half way is reverse. It's super smooth to shift for all other gears besides taking off, and isn't burning so I think the clutch is releasing fully, I can release the clutch fully at idle no problem but for normal take off in traffic it's far to slow as u have to release the clutch slowly or else it stalls. Far as the tune goes I do have the street tune as well but it doesn't make a difference and when I run the stock tune it has a bunch of issues like idle and just not running right. I did reflash the throttle with turn key on, press gas pedal slow to floor over 6 seconds and release slowly over 6 seconds and turn key off. That helped.

no surprise that it won't run right with the stock tune, that is mostly because of the aftermarket CAI . . . it sounds like the tune is not the issue, but I'd probably stick with the street tune anyway
it sounds like maybe the clutch needs to be adjusted, and maybe wear in a little? I don't know if that clutch is aggressive by nature or if there is some kind of break-in period, maybe somebody else does . . .
