Taillight mod on 2011?!?!?
So did some searching for this on the forum but found nothing. Those anyone know if the trunk/back bumper/taillight area on the 13' is the same size as the 11'?!?!? Because If this is the case, I wonder how much and if its possible to just have the new fancy lights installed on the back of my 11............if anyone has any info, that would be what's up! Thanks

Basically you might need to change the rear bumper in order to make the rear fascia fit. Remember the 2010-12 models have a tail light with a little angle at the bottom which was removed on the 2013 model

It's not as easy as just plugging in the new lights for them to work. The wiring is different as well as the SJB, which would require an all new wire harness for the vehicle. Those taillights are actually pretty complicated little devices.

Oh really, how did you find this out?

They plug and play. All functions work properly when you plug and play as well.

Nothing like someone blabbing off about how something is without actually knowing a thing about it...
