Is the supercharger on the '11 gt500 the same as the FRPP one?

Only reason i ask is i keep seeing a couple supercharger take offs from the gt500. Given that i had all the parts needed, is it a direct swap or is the gt500 engine a bit different?

For me it might be the best way to piece it all together over time, than to drop 5-6k all at once.

 

Different superchargers. The GT500's 5.4L/5.8L engine is very different than the 5.0L, dimension-wise.

 

so a supercharger from the gt500 is not made to go on a 5.0l engine is what im assuming?
