according to the Ford dealer, our trunk lids will not interchange. He didn't know what was different, but only that the part numbers are different which indicates a change between the model years.

Of course the part numbers are different since they are different year models but the trunks from 2010-14 are the same as far as fitment ... This link shows a carbon trunk for 2010-14 mustangs http://www.americanmuscle.com/cf-trunk-lid-1014.html

If only you drove down to FL to visit Disney World or something lol. I would trade for my stock spoiler delete trunk. I would also meet half way but that would cost you in gas as well

It would have been a no brainer for me to trade but distance is a pain. It is probably cheaper for me to drive there and do the trade than to buy and install one. Just don't have those kinds of funds right now
