Are there any issues passing emissions inspections with this tune?

We have looked into this, but other tuning projects took precedence, like Boss intake tuning which we have a ton of time into and we have already been sending tunes out for.

We are working on this. We probably won't be first to market with it unfortunately, but it is being worked on.

No, we dont disable anything emissions related, unless the customer requests it for a long tube header car and then you would not pass cause of the headers anyway. That would be the least of your worries.

With passing emissions? Everything. Between the long tubes and the programming for them, you would never pass an emissions test.

As with many people in this forum, my car is still on order, but I am already very interested in this kit.

The web site states:
"Note: requires a minimum of 91 octane fuel for power gains."

Can you still use 87 octane? If so, will you see any power gains?

Thanks.

hhmmm... I wonder if that "performance cam tune" might be ready by the time I'm ready to order in a few weeks...

Yes you can. Power gains will be between 17 and 20hp. Plus we can still dial up the throttle response to make it feel real nice.

Thanks Gus. That's good to hear. This will be my daily driver, so I'll run 87 when my snow tires are on and probably switch to 91 when the weather gets nice out.

Is this the same for the manual transmission or does it not have this effect on it?

Thanks

Not sure if the added power makes much difference but you have control over how hard you shift so the tune is probably mostly irrelevant to the longevity of the MT6 in these cars.
