cdynaco is right. The strut brace is makes its most noticeable difference in daily driving when your car passes over uneven or rough spots on the road surface. It will keep the front end planted and prevent drifting, pushing or the "mushy" feeling. I'm sure it makes a difference during all manner of cornering but you just don't notice it until you really push the car hard in a curve.
