Squeaking Brakes on your 2011?
Just wondering if any of you with the 2011 have experienced squeaking from your stock brakes?
I have about 1100 miles on my V6. It has the PP, so it's supposed to have "performance brake pads" and I believe bigger calipers. Please state if you have Brembos/PP or not, I don't know if that makes a difference.
I don't expect completely silent brakes, but it began squeaking at around 400 miles in only the front right wheel. Now it's all the wheels. This is the first car I've driven that squeaks so bad with new pads and low miles.. it's very annoying.

Try bedding your brakes again. I had EBC YellowStuff pads on my last car, and since they were designed to take more heat they didn't like being "cold" all the time. I did the bedding procedure again any time they started ... "complaining".

Thank you. I will give that a try. Maybe the others have all done that already

Performance Package pads are going to be more likely to squeak due to the pad material they use.
If you want to try bedding them in again, assuming you did when the car was new, or for the first time if you didn't, then I would suggest scuffing the rotors to break up any glaze with a rotary scotchbrite pad on a drill first.
You might also try some anti-sqeak on the back of the pads.

Mine squeak a lot when driving slow and pressing the brakes lightly - very annoying and embarrassing considering this is a brand new car and a head turner. I ready another thread on this forum or another one which basically concluded this is an issue with the brake pads and can be solved with after-market pads.
