Some Pictures

Here are some pics (I wonder if it was really okay for them to release these?). Also, confirmation that the stuff we REALLY want to see is under embargo until the 29th.

http://www.autospies.com/news/PHOTO-...-Poseur-52744/

I gather from the pics that the Mustang trunk is comfortably more usable than the Camaro trunk. Yeah...I'm not so young anymore and I care about the trunk space. :-)

I think those are the V6 Performance Pkg wheels. They are black chrome, instead of machined/black like the previous GT/CS pics. They also look identical to the wheels on the Bristol Pace Car chop...

If they are the same dimensions as the GT/CS wheels, the answer is "no".

I really like that black chrome finish. It that a process you can get done to any metal surface? I think my dream wheels would be black chrome finished '10 GT500 wheels

I don't see why not. Google your local area for "Electroplating". They'll sandblast/mediablast/etch/whatever the wheels clean, then apply the finish of your choice.

No clue how much that would cost you though.

Just did a little research on chrome plating, and like you said it should be possible.

I'm gonna need more mod money

The yellow '70 Mach 1 shown in several shots from a 2011, is identical to the brand new one my wife owned when I met her Feb. 3, 1970. When I learned she had ordered it with the 351 Cleveland and Hurst floor shift, the deal was sealed !

If you're concerned about clearing the brakes, I would bet a .25" or .5" spacer would make them clear. But, you wouldn't be able to put wider tires on....

Hmmm. The V6 spoiler with the rear-view camera is taller than the one without it. Compare the ends of the spoilers with the rear quarters. I'm surprised they would play with the aero balance like that.
