Six months in the making....

So after ordering one car, that the dealer "lost" then went to another one; ordered June 12th, and the GT/CS arrived!! Will pick up on Friday after some after market... Going to have to get used to not driving a Hyundai Accent with 100 chipmunks...

Hiya guys/ladies...I just joined this forum yesterday and from what I see and read there are some awesome people here.
Im in Toronto Canada, name's Mario and I am a new Mustang owner,I just bought a brand new 2011 mustang 5.0 CS in performance white/black/carbon... I have been looking at the new mustangs, but with the new coyote engine/6 speed setup I knew I was sold!!!
I have to wait for a couple of weeks before I get my hands on it,the one they had in the showroom was spoken for, but not yet picked up as the owner was still in England on business.
This particular GT I was looking at had the add on hood scoop already installed,as I talked to the sales man about the interest in buying this model he never mentioned that this scoop was supposedly an $800 option, make a long story short, the sales manager had to get involved to resolve this bump in negations.
I like the stock hood, but in my opinion this really dresses up the hood better. 2 to 3 weeks is my wait, which feels like 2/3 years LOL.
My currant ride is an 04 Dodge SRT4 with bolt ons and I enjoyed this car, but it was time to move forward, so I went with the Mustang GT.
Anyways, I did not want to hijack this thread, but introduce myself, glad I joined this community, cheers!
Mario

How is your wait only 2 or 3 weeks? Are they locating a car for you? Because factory orders are easily taking 8-10 weeks.
