Waste of money IMO to buy a new GT for $3X,XXX, throw thousands in mods at it, and sell it with less than 3,000 miles? Definitely haven't gotten your money's worth, not even remotely close.

Shhhh papa needs some barely used BMR suspension pieces and maybe a Roushcharger!

Seriously, going from a Mustang GT to a Shelby is a huge change. Sure Z06 is a Phenomenal car (I spent quite a bit of time in 07 Z06 for work). So if you can afford both, get one of each. But if not, nothing wrong with the GT500. Let's keep Carol Shelby in our memories.
