Semi-Automatic Transmission?

Dual-clutch would be perfect for me. My left knee & hip got so bad with my '99 vert 5-speed (old injuries) that its '02 coupe replacement had a slushbox. Couldn't stand the slushbox, so its '06 coupe replacement has the manual and to @#$% with the pain!
