A tune is a tune. My SCT tune from Evolution Performance for my V-6 is sold as a 20 to 27 Rear Wheel Horsepower and i believe them.
Diablo have good tunes but i thought they specialized in Mopar more than other car brands.

Diablo or SCT makes no difference as far as the tune, they are just the hardware, the tune success is all in how the tune is written.
I will say though that I have heard of more hardware problems associated with diablo than SCT.
