A sad story after get car wash.
Well, I didnt expect this could happen to my car.
I found those painting lost when i wipe my car after the car wash, fortunately, there is no actual damages to my real bumper. Those paintings like papers, easy to get rid off.

Ok, anyone could tell me whether it is easy to fix this problem?? could i fix by myself or i have to go to body shop to re-paint??? and how much it could cost???

warrenty it...... it should not happen under any circumstances. the most you should get is swirl marks unless there was debris in the brushes then there should only be scratches. That was a paint adhesion problem and they need to strip and paint it over or replace and and paint.
Are you the original owner? Has the bumper been painted before? There are a few rock chips it looks like in the bumper, hopefully they do not give you grief about that... Is the clear coat peeling below the lower grille or is that still water from the wash? Hopefully they take care of it for you! Keep us updated!

This is definitely not factory paint, it must've been repainted... There is no way factory paint could peel like that, I was almost stuck with a repainted Mustang... But I caught it in time and raised hell for it not being disclosed to me, if u can see the door and quarter panel don't match
