Another thing that bothers me is the dropped angle of the bottom of the taillamp. More than anything it give the illusion that the taillamp juts rearward to a point or peak when in fact the inner vertical taillamp segment is in an even plane with the center of the decklid.
I'm actually beginning to think that is an optical illusion. I think the inboard, third segment, of the tail lights actually does angle in toward the concave, center section of the Trunk. I don't really know if I'd call it a dip anymore. If anything I think it's where the inner third segment of the tail lights angle up toward the bottom of the trunk edge. The outer two segments are clearly angled forward, past the inner back up light.
