Yep, mine does on the left side; tape won't help. I'll post some pics tomorrow of what's behind it. I pulled my cover to install my GT500 diffuser. There's a plastic strip on the tub with some nubs on it that the tabs on the cover are supposed to latch on to.

Yep I've got it on my right rear. What's weird is I've had my car since June 2009 and I can say that at different times it has appeared to move to different positions from sticking out slightly to completely flush and then back to where it was over time. Maybe temperature influenced?

We had a thread on this back when the '10s first came out. It's just due to the increased summer heat.

I'll see if I can find it..

Seems there was a thread some months ago, (But I can't find it now, might have been on AFM), and somebody did a test, Cool garage (flush), and then let it sit out in the hot sun for a few hours and got the warp factor. After that a few others tried it and the problem would occur after it got hot almost every time.

My car was like this as well, however, after installin the gt500 diffuser, I noticed that my car is perfect again, maybe it's just on there better after I redid it? Don't know but about 10000 miles later and still looks perfect.

Guess its sort of like the R exhaust tips not being centered on the 08/09's.

Both of which are an easy fix.

The bumper cover fix thanx to Barricade:

Mine a bit but it was after it was removed to put on my GT500 valance.

I don't have the access to Barricade's post unfortunately. Can you please explain what you did to this bracket?
