The Rear Bumper of the 2010 on

I keep seeing companies come out with kits for the rear of the 2010 cars and I keep shaking my head.

I'm not an automotive designer so logistically I don't know what is involved with replacing/modifying the existing bumper.

Maybe there are technical limiting factors that do not allow them to change the bumper in any significant way.

BUT if they CAN do something of a replacement bumper I mocked up something in Photoshop.

I don't know about you guys that don't like the 2010 and new rears (I don't care for them) but if they looked like my mock up I'd probably be dying to buy one.

What do you think?

P.S.
Any designers that want to use my mock up? I'll take 10 percent of the royalties from sales

You mean chopping a couple of inches off the lower end and moving it up?

Might look fine in a photo, but move up the rear and look from the back...might look really odd and reveal too much under the car.

That looks pretty cool. You should do one with a straight on back view.

I think people shoud do away with body kits... They always fall apart after a couple of years anyways...

You'd have to physically look at one to see what would be shown...not just a photochop

Moving the lower valance up and cutting the bottom off would only work for photoshop, there's no room under the car to move the exhuast up higher and like was said, it would uncover all the undercar that the valance is there to cover. Plus it might interfere with the rear crash worthiness.
